Pricing Specialist
We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for tailoring and implementing list prices and discounts in compliance with the overall pricing strategy
- Analyze product costs and calculate selling prices
- Set different price levels based on customer, region, channel, or volume
- Ensure discounted prices align with profitability and margin targets
- Coordinate internal approval processes for pricing and discount decisions
- Implement and maintain prices and discounts within the ERP system
- Monitor, maintain, and ensure the correct execution of offers and promotions
- Control and validate invoiced discounts against agreed policies
- Establish pricing boundaries for sales teams (e.g., maximum allowable discounts without additional approval)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Mathematics; an MBA will be considered a plus
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar position
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Experience working with ERP systems(Entersoft experience will be considered a strong asset)
- Solid understanding of cost structures, margins, and discount policies
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Very good command of English
Nice to Have
- Experience in multinational or export-oriented environments
- Advanced Excel / data analysis skills
- Experience with pricing tools or BI systems
